Transformer Description
Dry-type power transformers adopt the special process technology of Europe dry-type transformers to ensure that the products fully meet the requirements such as fire prevention, waterproof, environmental protection.
By optimizing the structure of the high-voltage coil, the series improve the distribution of voltage and capacitance between layers so as to improve the product's ability to withstand atmospheric overvoltage, operating overvoltage as well as the electric field distribution. It is the ideal product for distribution systems and widely used in the subway, shipbuilding, mining, chemical, power companies and personnel-intensive buildings as well as other special requirements of the occasion for safety.
Transformer Adavantage

Basic Structure
1. Iron core: stacked by silicon steel sheet, is the magnetic circuit part of the transformer, used to guide the magnetic flux.
2. Winding: divided into high-voltage winding and low-voltage winding, respectively wound on the iron core, used to realize the conversion and transmission of electric energy.
3. Insulating cylinder: placed between high and low voltage coils, used to increase electrical insulation and ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
4. pads: used to support and restrain the coils to maintain their stability and shape.
5. Fasteners: used to connect and fix each part of the transformer, with anti-loosening performance.
Dry-Type Transformer Charateristic
Epoxy resin pouring transformer is a solid insulation encapsulated winding power transformer. Epoxy resin dry-type transformer uses epoxy resin as insulation material. High and low voltage winding is made of copper strip (foil), epoxy resin is poured and solidified in vacuum to form high strength FRP body. Insulation grade is F and H.
